Consumer Information Network is operated by Consumer Information Network, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company and wholly owned subsidiary of Symphony42 Corporation. Symphony42 Corporation is a Delaware C-corporation. We operate consumer-facing Information Network brands that provide AI-powered information and optional referral connections across selected high-consideration consumer categories.

What we do

We help consumers understand important product and service decisions. Our Expert AI Agents are designed to explain common terms, organize your questions, identify general next steps, and, when you ask, connect you to independent participating businesses that may be able to help.

What we do not do

Consumer Information Network does not act as an insurance carrier, insurance agency, debt-relief provider, credit repair company, healthcare provider, senior-care facility, law firm, lender, or licensed professional advisor. We do not make underwriting decisions, set prices, approve coverage, negotiate debts, diagnose medical conditions, or determine eligibility for third-party services.

AI disclosure

Information provided by our AI Agents is generated by AI systems using category-specific context. AI-generated information can be useful, but it may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Verify important information with a qualified professional or the relevant provider before making a decision. Our AI Agents identify themselves as AI.

Referral disclosure

If you ask for a connection, we may transfer or refer you to an independent third-party provider, agency, marketplace, or professional. We may be compensated when a connection you requested meets that partner's quality standards. Participating third parties are responsible for their own products, services, licensing, pricing, eligibility decisions, and disclosures.
