Terms of Service

By calling, texting, emailing, chatting, clicking our links or ads, or using any voice, text, or video/avatar interaction with our AI-powered information service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and by the Consumer Information Network Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Service is operated by Consumer Information Network, LLC (“CIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Symphony42 Corporation.

Section 1 – Using Our Service

1.1 Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service.

1.2 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of any text, voice, or video communications you transmit while using the Service.

1.3 Prohibited Content
You may not transmit content that is threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable as determined by us.

1.4 Intellectual Property
You may not falsify, delete, or modify attribution, copyright, legal notices, or proprietary designations in any content exchanged through the Service.

1.5 Automated Systems
You may not use bots, scripts, or other automated systems to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service.

1.6 Service Integrity
You agree not to access or use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.

1.7 Violations
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent blocking of your access to the Service.

Section 2 – Disclaimers

2.1 No Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

2.2 Informational Use Only
AI responses are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. CIN is an information and referral service and is not an insurance carrier, financial institution, or licensed professional advisor.

2.3 Limitations
We are not liable for interruptions, data loss, inaccurate information, or other technical issues arising from your use of the Service.

2.4 Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service—or these Terms—at any time without notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

Section 3 – Limitation of Liability

3.1 Exclusions
In no event shall CIN or its service providers be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

3.2 Liability Cap
Total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use the Service.

Section 4 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CIN, its affiliates, and its service providers from any third-party claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.

Section 5 – Consent to Recording and Referral

All voice and video calls are recorded, with your consent, for quality assurance and compliance. At your request, our AI may transfer you to an expert, professional or business; when you consent to such transfer your Caller ID and relevant details will be shared only with that party. CIN does not place unsolicited outbound calls or texts.

Section 6 – Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court as an alternative. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@consumerinformationnetwork.com.

Section 7 – General Provisions

7.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

7.2 Notices
CIN may provide notices via email, SMS, or postings on the Service.

7.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CIN regarding the Service.
